The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 不受约束的公权，因傲慢而愚蠢，因愚蠢而傲慢。
其实我们也能拍出这样的电影 只是没人敢拍也没人敢过审
套路不？套路！好看不？好看！还是根据真人真事改编的，服不服？
印度真是个奇怪的地方，这种低种姓的案子，在有的国家压根儿就不会被受理，就更别提免费的良心律师了
确实很正义，确实是好题材。不过作为电影本身，8.7的评分过了。大家是以浇自己心头之块垒么
有的人就是为了公平正义而生的。
想起之前刘庸拍的加尔各答一镜到底街景，
“我不是天生的律师，我只是一个人。假设一个被蛇咬的受害者来到你身边，为生活而挣扎，如果他没有钱，你会拒绝他吗？” 良心之行。
印度版辩护人，四星给题材。如很多影评所言，就电影题材而言，印度早就甩我们几条街了，有教育制度，种姓制度，反抗体制权威，反抗宗教等等。
司法独立，警政腐败，选举政治和种姓制度，将这么多敏感话题融合在一部电影里，又能详略得当的都照顾到，印度电影水平真令人佩服。
名为calling的针刺在十多年前的心上。
如果普通人只配像猪狗一样活着，生命只能任凭他人蹂躏，那这确实是一个不值得过活的世界。
此时不想讨论叙事，类型，技法，形式……
每次看印度的电影都可以看到不同的层面，这次传递了一个可怕的信息，我们的竞争对手在反思，而且是正向的（2022-1）
在以前的印度电影中很少看到的政治派系斗争的影子，不断描绘的令人发指暴行与无耻谎言，让人感到这世界上没有安全的地方。
与政府对抗，这是一条多么艰难的路。

印度版的《辩护人》，但是格局没有展那么开，辩护人对抗的近乎整个体系，杰伊比姆是依托现有的法律寻求公义，所以抛开电影里令人发指的暴行之外，杰伊比姆所依托的法律显得还是靠谱的。同时融入了对印度种姓制度的批判，一直理解不了这种制度怎么能存留到二十一世纪的。真实叙事时间两个小时，剩下一个小时印度歌曲。
为了正义，为了真相。很难想象要是没后台在印度这么伸张正义有多难。
